What's the value of 2 char .org and 2 char .net names? e.g. 5j.org, r4.net

2-char .net's have been going from about $450

Obviously prices would rise significantly for a "meaningful" combination of characters - some .org's have been offered around $500+ and some .net's have been offered around $1K.
