Looking for some quick sales - too much on my plate right now!

mambodesigns.com - bought the domain on a drop awhile back, paid some kid a few bucks to do some template work for me (I know it needs some touch up) - it has a LOT of indexed pages and gets hits for web design, hosting, shopping cart type keywords - had 1847 visits in December and 179 Jan 1-4. (by visits i mean unique visits to the site, not 'hits' - those are of course much higher) This is a great deal for a designer or host to throw up a nicer layout and get some solid business from it.

alexa shows 3 pgs linking to it but there are many more, in fact there are several sites out there that were designed by the original 'mambo designs' that still have their 'designed by' link on the site - so you get instant eStreet cred' w/ this site (haha)

Make offers on these sites - I am just trying to get some things I don't have time for off my mind, so I'll give good (but reasonable) deals.

I would like to see stats for both if you don't mind.

Do either actually get any traffic from google or are they simply listed with lots of pages in Google? I ask as this is pretty common for any newer sites being in somewhat of a "Google Sandbox".

I'll get everyone some stats on both sites posted shortly, I'm behiind a firewall right this moment that won't let me in to cpanel to fetch the stats - by the way I've owned the domains both since july.

I'll just throw out $200 each and people can offer higher/lower.

well it was just a number I threw out. My point is people can make an offer which is lower - the point? I might take it.

Or if more than one person was interested in one of the sites, they may make offers which would cause the price to go higher.
