Hi guys. I wanted to inquire why my thread was deleted? Not edited but just wiped away completely without even a message or post to explain why.

I figured that since the Lounge states "Anything Goes", and that since I also titled my thread "Adults Only", I was keeping it in the right place. My thread also seemed to be getting very positive reviews and feedback from other members.

Was it the links to nudity? The Marijuana reference?

Please explain so I know in the future.

Have you thought about adding an 18 (or 21) and over thread or chat?

Drugs are illegal (hence objectionable), porn too falls under the obscene/objectionable section of the rules - that would be 2 reasons for the removal of the thread.

i see the mods concern. this forum is quickly becoming a very popular place to meet domain people (especially after todays mention in snapnames newsletter) so i see why they don't want discussions like this.

i think however that a warning would be fair before deletion.

Forum thread deletion did not make me happy but understand the reason and think we should not place any blame as the moderators are only protecting the integreity of the board.
