I have sold many names and I gotta tell that I'm happy to notice when names I sold become actual sites built by end users.
Many names go to speculators and get a parking page on them forever, but here are 2 that I value the most sinse they were developed and now work for the adventage of society.

I'm the exact opposite believe it or not. When I sell a domain and see this huge profitable site. Makes me wonder what could have been. Thoughts like "I should have charged more" immediately fill my head.

Resident Evil is a well known "brand" and people refer to it as "RE" (the movie, the game..) so thats the reason for its value, not the fact that its a 3 char domain
