Does anyone know if there is a free - or cheap - Overture keywords bulk sumitter somewhere?

I know that Exclusive user have one but what about the poor Platinum users we are ? :-D

Shouldn't we develop such a free goodie then?

What do you mean exactly? I am interested by your idea: "more reliable standard" => Do you mean that OVT is not reliable enough?
