That would protect those here to some degree and promote openness. After all, why give corporate attorneys ammunition to use in litigation? Sure, some of them may eventually find this site and do their homework, but it seems many forumites are making it too easy. In the short time I have been a member here I have read threads where people admit registering a domain name in bad faith and ask for advice once served with a C&D letter. A simple Internet search makes these posts easy to find. Likewise, where people list domains for sale with potential TM issues such as typos. Just a thought...

It's in Exclusive, it's a benefit of upgrading.
 
What about adding a subforum and using robots.txt ti dissalow access
