Well, it has about 800 members. Script itself costs around $300, custom designed, modded, it has everything. I have never put ads on the site, although this site has features that allow premium (you set price), ads on top of blogs, etc. You couldn't ask for better if your looking for a blog hosting site.

How does it works , provide some user/pass, how do I see 800 members etc.

No pagerank , not a single page index, no link either Am I missing something?

If the site is a couple of weeks old and the site is not index, where are the members and traffic coming from ? Would that stop after the transfer ?

I have posted the site on my myspace accounts that have lots of friends on them, the traffic shouldnt stop. And you can send out mass email messages to members.

once I login , I can go to blogs but no way to navigate to home back.
Also If I buy can you put adsense on it?
