I am selling eight of our small sites because I don't have time for them since I am focusing on our larger projects. These sites could all generate more revenue if they got any attention whatsoever.

The first four sites sold at BIN - the first, third and fourth in just one hour and the second in one day (with several backup BIN offers). We've now decided to sell our last 4 sites together as quickly as we can put them up. This is perhaps our best site, one our two PR6 sites.

Revenue can easily be increased -- for example, we don't sell anything related to Bratz on the site! (We did just add three site-wide Amazon links at the bottom of each page of the site so you could see how easy it would be.) You could quickly add affiliate links, Amazon links, and sell advertising to increase revenue. I just don't have the time.

Sure. I took the average AdSense revenue, which is $145 per month over several months, and added it to the revenue of $150 per month for two links sold. The total is $295. (If you look at just May AdSense of $185 and add that to $150, you'd get $335.)

After answering a number of PMs on what to do to increase the revenue for my sites, I realized how easy it would be to hire someone to do these things. So, I'm definitely reserving the right not to sell at below my BIN price -- and perhaps to end the auctions early.

1. Do you mean the Amazon links? At the moment they are hardwired. You could use the Amazon affiliate code to do this -- I'm sure there are scripts for it -- I'm not a techie.

2. This is a monthly payment by a company who bought the two links. Yes, they are small links at the very bottom of the page.

You can never predict how long a company will continue to buy links. However, I have talked with the company, and they want to continue with two links and work with the new domain owner. The terms are quite simple -- you keep 2 links somewhere on each page of the site. They do have an agreement which is straightforward. They are a pleasure to work with and pay promptly via PayPal.

They are continuing their contracts with the other sites I've sold so far.
