Access denied for blog entry

Clicked to view a users blog entry from under their name in a thread, got access denied, must upgrade, etc.. Do I need the Titanium membership?

I can't even do that. I wonder if the admins can or is it a super-secret blog you keep to yourself?

I can do it, for example with South I get....

"south has no blog entries to display"

Must be a weird permission issue.
