Two weeks ago I submitted in dnforum 3 domains for sale, but I didn't get any offers. They were :

1) 89-64.com - 55 unique per day. (for $300)
This domain has been sold in Sedo.com for $370 (after commission $333). So I earned $33 more than I was wanted !!.

Didn't sell this domain yet, but for quick sale, I decrease the price to $240 only.

No real revenue, just few cents actually , but there are huge traffic which maybe (other one than me) can convert it to money.

I have another domain (not for sale) with 380 u/daily, that generated over $5 daily .. mathematically, access-nw.com must make $3.5 daily if I chose the right keyword .. I think !!.

I'm sorry, but this wont fly. If it was that easy to make money parking names, everyone here would be millionaires. The source of the traffic makes a HUGE difference to the click through rate and value of the traffic, just because 1 name makes $50 a day with 500 hits does NOT mean a domain with 1000 hits per day will make $100

Its irresponsible to make such a claim on the seller's part. Now I am not saying his domain is good or bad, what I am saying is that the seller should test out different keywords and then post the ACTUAL revenue stats as opposed to his expected revenue.

Also you may email (sedo.com) to be sure these are real traffic and not paid advertisments. They have statistics for sure for the domain and may answer you in more expert way.
