This was a content site (articles and resource directory) about home mortgage loans until recently (April 20) when it's host just shut down without warning. I haven't rehosted it and frankly have no interest in running a home mortgage loan content site any longer.
It is well aged with hundreds of inbound links that have been gathered from other mortgage related sites over the past 3 or 4 years. You can see what the site used to look like on Archive.org.
Here is the link counts reported from the various search engines:
MSN - 1780 inbound links
Yahoo - 649 inbound links
Google - 92 inbound links
I have an offer for $500 off the forum. He has been dragging his feet for a couple of days though, so I don't know if he's serious or not. I thought I would list it here and get a couple of quotes.
