I'm only selling this if the price is right. I recently developed this site which is totally custom from the design to the template system to the idea.

The basic idea behind the site is to bring all of a site's information to you from one source. While many sites may do this, they do not provide it on one page because it would just take too much time to load. I have implemented an AJAX feature which allows the site to load and tell the user that the site is loading the content.

Along with that the the information is stored in the database for 24 hours. Rather than generating information for the same site which does not change usually within a 24 hour period, it basically caches the information in the database to help on the site's load. Along with storing this information you could actually generate a few graphs for the users and create a user database. I plan to do so if I do not sell the site. This will allow users to see trends of the information that has been looked up.

There are currently a few tools that are not working but I do have the code to actually get the tools working. The reason I have not implemented them is simply because I lack the time needed. As we speak I've been trying to study for finals but I'm taking a little break.

The reason I'm selling is because of my last statement primarily. I simply do not have time and I've been pretty much selling off most of my sites I've developed as of this point.

Traffic is more around 20 uniques / day rather than 30. This is very inconsistent though.

I'm accepting offers. But the site is totally custom and I will not be selling for less than $100 obviously. It cost more for the custom design than that.

Anyone that may have been interested, please take a look at the site again. Before listing the site I removed a couple columns from the table in the database not thinking and the query was returning with an error resulting in none of the tools to work.

The ones that still do not work are the ones I have yet to implement.

I wanted to also mention that because the site only updates the information every 24 hours, I've added a force update link.
