Adding IP to Enom Reseller Acct??

I have a test reseller account set up with ENOM and added my IP address no problem. How would you add your IP address to your regular reseller account?? I cannot find that option anywhere? Is this done by Enom's tech support?? Any help by the **** is MUCH appreciated.

Yes, you have to call in or email them to setup your ip

Thanks Marty, does that even apply to a sub-reseller acct? Do I go thru Enom or my account owner to add the IP?

email enom support directly.It might take a few days to get your IP added. I think they also need the domain name and/or your enom account handle to.

Does anyone have a backdoor phone number to enom tech support? I am trying the phone number listed on their site and all i get is voice mail? I would like to get a live human being??
