Adobe Photoshop 7.0

Hi All
I just downloaded Adobe Photoshop 7.0 and really want to learn how to use it. Do you guys recommend any books to buy at Barnes and Nobles or whats the best way to learn about it?

Books are good for "tricks" and "tips".

Try some tutorials that are available on the internet. Go to google.com and type in "adobe photoshop 7" "tutorials"
You'll get quite a few interesting tutorials to do.

As a business owner, I buy all my software. Its not worth the risk using pirated stuff. I wouldn't mind buying PS7, but im happy with my PS5 that I picked up for $99 at futureshop.

Many of the previous versions of software work just as good as the newest versions and cost a lot less.

The only problem is the companies make it as difficult as possible to obtain them once a new version comes out. Ebay is a good place but I am not sure about fraud levels concerning resold/repackaged pirated software.

I had version 5.0 a few days ago and there are so many more things you can do in 7.0 its unbelievable

I wouldn't brag about obtaining an illegal copy of a copyrighted software. Actually, I would IMMEDIATELY delete anything related to such activities mentioned here or elsewhere. I'm NOT kidding. Period.

I've been told that the book "Photoshop Artistry" is pretty good if you're a photographer. I haven't read it myself.

i bought a template to modify,and done pretty good on photoshop as far as modifing it to view on my computer but can't get it to work online,i must not be doing something right,I think its in the slicing part,i give up on it,And now im stuck with a 60 dollar template,that i can't sell to anyone:laugh:
