We're looking another domain+website with adsense revenue, here's the criteria:

.com with a decent name - niche isn't important, but non-adult
pre-existing and easy to maintain website to be included with purchase
consistent $7-$10/day adsense revenue
6 months - 1 year adsense stats
6 months - 1 year traffic stats
budget of $3000-$4000 depending on the site

high traffic sites with no existing adsense might also be considered
