Adsense Templates made by DNF anymore?

A couple of years ago DNF offered adsense templates to buy which they created for you. I think that they were also included in the Exclusive Membership package also. Does DNF still offer this? I hope so because they were designed well. If so, how much, where do I buy and what is the turn around time. If not, who recommends who?
