afternic question

I got an email from a potential buyer that found my address from whois.
However, the domain is listed at Afternic.

Can I sell it outside Afternic If I remove it?

It's not that I am trying to cheat them out, but 1) the buyer found me through whois, and 2) the domain isnt that expensive, so I am not sure its worth it for him or me to go through afternic.
I had listed that domain and forgotten it there quite some time ago (lesson: never forget where you have listed your domains, you never know when you might get an offer).

Does Afternic allow to sell listed domains outside there system like Sedo?
If not, what is the best way to go about it without cheating Afternic (assuming they are binding) and yet make it worthwhile for the seller and myself.
