I developed AIMFilez.com from the ground up since 2001. Lately I've had very little time to work on the site and I feel it's time for me to move on.

It currently has a Google PR5

Lists in top 5 on Google Keywords like AIM Virus, AIM Tricks, AIM Secrets, and AIM Express.

Current revenue averages about $1500 a month from Fastclick, Burst, and Google Adsense. There is a lot more that can be made but I just don't have time to implement the code.

Current traffic is about 2,000 Unique visitors a day. This site is a major player in the AIM community. The majority of the traffic is ages 10-25.

I'm not sure I understand your question. Are you asking how long it takes to do updates to the site or how much work needs to be done to generate more revenue?
