Alert Serv is a small Windows Server Management company that also sells software. The company has a solid reputation and has been around for 2 years. Income is from software sales (which could be increased with more aggressive sales) and engineering work including managed customer support.

I am fully willing to help new owner get established and would consider working part time as well to help with the knowledge transfer.
