Hey, it is with much regret that I have to sell my favorite site, AllDotNet.com

The site is my favorite simply because it has a good income and takes next to no work.
The only work involved now is verifying submissions, which takes less than a few minutes every two days!

The income is very steady and hasn't dipped once, it has constantly been at the same rate monthly or increasing steadily.

I have NEVER paid for advertising for AllDotNet, the only advertising I have done is put it in my sig and post threads every now and again on a few forums, I am 120% positive that the revenue would increase greatly if marketing was performed.

The reason for selling is I am starting a large network of poker sites.
I know a lot of people here read my blog and a lot of others know me and know I am putting my all into a new poker network.
I have spent over $7000 already on over 9 poker sites and I have a lot more in development, so I need to free some more cash.

Feb Revenue: $740.40
March Revenue: $677.80
April Revenue so far: $462.75 (Waiting on a payment of $160 - This will bring April up to $625.75)

I have taken screenshots of the last 3 months revenue, I know that this could easily increase simply by advertising, but I have had less and less time for the site over the last few months with a new poker network I am working ok.

The traffic is similar but has peaks every now and again.

I DO have a reserve on this site and I am very firmly set about it, simply because I know the site is so solid and dependable for money and takes so little time to manage.

I would estimate it takes roughly 30 minutes work/month maximum.
I'm sure everyone knows this is great for the income and with some marketing, the revenue would hit the ceiling compared to what it is.

There are NO EXPENSES to running the site except a shared hosting account, you can run it on my hosting for up to 3 months until you get yourself sorted.
I would highly recommend marketing as I think the revenue could easily more than triple...I haven't marketed and look how much profit it is making on its own!

The site has over 12,500 manually submitted listings, you are able to send emails to all users that have submitted their site through the script, phplinkdirectory.

I have done a LOT of modifications to phplinkdirectory and some of these are evident, including the totally custom templates, custom sponsored listings, static html pages for everything (This means each of the 12,500+ submissions has its own HTML page! This is amazing custom coding that will get MANY pages indexed in google), a custom search feature with many modifications and far too many other things to list.

The directory is very well respected as it has been online for quite some time (15 months) so branding will be very easy.

DeuceAce is just being used to save the images.

AllDotNet has a redirection setup to redirect to the index page is any pages aren't found, but it also redirects if someone tries to view images directly.

- how do you do this? I get alot of traffic via google image search and this would be a knock out tool to have! I know of 404 redirects for lost pages but not for images.
