Okay, here's the deal with this site. I bought it a while back with plans for it but I'm afraid that I cannot get around to doing anything. It's at a bit of a lull in the reality tv shows during the summer but this site has the potential. But that's not what I'm basing the price on.
The site has a completely custom design - as well as a custom forum skin. The logo is a custom job as well. This alone would cost you well over $150. The content (under survior) is older but it's mostly done for a good archive. You already have the template for next season as well. This can be used for the other shows also.
The domain itself is a good one. It was indexed some in the search engines (not sure about now). It currently has no PR but I will keep a link on it from my PR 4 forum free of charge for 3 months! That's a $30 deal in it's own.
Traffic right now is nothing to write home about - it gets ~2-3 uniques a day.
So, I'm taking offers on this website. I'll look at anything $50+ and I'm looking for a fairly quick sale. Please feel free to ask me any questions. Trades are also considered.
