Would you allow someone to put their google adsense code on the forum before purchasing to confirm that the stats are from this site?

If it was an offer I would definately sell for, and provided we had a solid agreement. I would let someone test their adsense code on the site for a day or two for proof.

What's the current high bid?

Current High bid is a PM offer of 10k, which I turned down at this point. 15k will take this domain and website if I get no better offers soon. If someone is willing to pay 15k, I will most likely sell everything to them soon if no better offers come in.

I am doing other things that make far more money. 800 to 1500 month is just not a lot for me and I would rather liquidate this asset than continue what I had planned for it, mostly because of time constraints. I do believe this would have a lot more potential with promotion and a website. I'm sure someone could get an easy 5k+ out of this domain per month with a little work.
