Personally, I don't trust password managers. We have them at work (from Citrix) and are "required" for everyone to use. I consider it a breach of security and I uninstalled it from my PC (being in IT has it's advantages).
Never give your passwords out is the golden rule and this is exactly what you're doing with software like this. You'll never know some disgruntled programmer will take advantage of a back door.
Now, the other stuff (registration information etc.) seems great.

Yes they can , I guess ... but they are very well encrypted in any case.
