Any Arabic speakers in the house?

Hi,

I have a domain which gets all of it's traffic from the Middle East. The main traffic source is from an Egyptian website, which is all in Arabic - I need to know what this referring site is about so that I can attempt to optimise the revenue for my own name (the name I own probably means something in Arabic but I don't know what!). If anyone can help me out - please pm me.
