DomainSite.com 6.99 for basic .com registration
(if you don't need e-mail or web forwarding services).
Why I chose them:
- good, clean control panel without that Godaddy-like fancy ads
- you can freely transfer your domain name to another DomainSite account (great if you sell domains); @ Godaddy this feature is NOT available in 60 days after domain name registration
- prepay feature (you can place funds to your account)
- very cheap .info registrations
- IDN domain names support!
