Meh. Appreciate the replies, as I did last time.

Seraphim, I take your point. Clearly I do not want that

Acro: VXG.com $4988, ZQR.com - $5,144, ZNJ.com - $5,299 to name a few. I have never emailed the whole list of LLL.com.. I havnt in total EVER sent more than 1,500-2,000 email offers..

theinvestor: It isnt mass, simply generic.

stewie: No I wont win member of the month :)

rami: I would say I have: I have made about a million changes to the way I contact domain owners. I dont use anything automated, or on mass to name 2 important things.

As far as Opt-in. Fair enough Acro. BUT how is anyone ever going to sell a domain to an end user OR a reseller if they have to opt-in BEFORE they can be contacted?

Juniper: Trader rating is meant to be for people who actually DEAL with the person, as an indicator of how proffessionally they handled a transaction. I always handle transactions professionally..

If you spam me, you have DEALT with me, and I will file an negative iTrader report. It is up to ME to decide whether you are acting professionally or not, not you.

If you're as proud of what you're doing as you say you are, then you'll have no trouble continuing to do business here with a negative 100 iTrader report and explaining that to others.

Im not proud, that makes me sound as though im just doing this to feel good.. I do this to make money.

Me emailing you is not me having dealt with you. Everyone would agree there, if they didnt disagree with me in general over this matter.

Just out of interest.. I usually have a pretty good idea who is and isnt a domainer... I may have sent an email to one or two of you BUT I'd be extremely suprised if any more. Nor would I have sent any email more than one email (Although i send the email to each email on a particular whois record).

May I ask which of you have received an email off me recently?

Not to stray off-focus that this is spamming, but the email copy itself is gay. You're basically looking for idiots that would believe your crap that there is a financial crisis affecting the domain industry. Not to mention the bullcrap about developing the domain into "online resources".

You're a fake, Mr. Thomas.

The financial crisis is affecting domaining... look at the drop in LLL.com prices, and I am going to get them developed into online resources with AEIOU.com development.
Not idiots, just people who need money more than they do the domain.

Tom,

What makes you think that people who need the money are waiting for you to email them?

You are trying to trick people and get a domain for cheap. This may have worked a couple years ago....but you're a little late to the game now.

BTW - There's a reason you try to avoid domainers...you obviously think anyone who isn't a domainer is some sort of an idiot.

I think you skipped Spanking 101 at your public school as a kid. But it's never too late, being ostracized by the community you seem to disregard so much equals to a good whacking of your virtual buns.

When are you going to apologize again Tom? Or you've grown to believe in the superpowers of spamming?

I didn't know portfolio holders need you to tell us that the sky is falling.

I have received at least two the last few days, but perhaps one or two more. The two I'm certain about were both at Moniker, and one of them with privacy.
Privacy is (to me, at least) a clear indication that the owner DON'T want to be contacted.

Im trying to get domains on the cheap, I never denied that. Domainers in general know the value of their domains/dont need the money.
I am trying to buy from those less knowledgable into a sale, just as I am sure many have done in your time. Even then it is relative.. someone who has no use of their LLL.com might sell it to me for $3,000 which is real money they may need.. maybe they could get more but maybe another offer is not on the table.

Regarding another apology Acro, Im not going to apologize because even if i do, you wont accept it. There is no gain in an apology.. I could even apologize to appease you but what value would that have.

I was spamming, and doing everything wrong 'last time', but I reiterate I have not mass mailed, and I have tried to be as efficient as possible in not wasting peoples time/annoying people. I suppose the worst aspect of it is that the email template is common to all me emails.. Again how many people here have actually received this email from me?

Thanks

Ok fair enough. Im completely in the wrong on this one. Only reason you have received multiple emails here is because the privacy emails are unique, and I have no way of telling that it is the same owner. I will make sure i dont email people with whois privacy.

Thanks/Sorry

Using your logic, you might as well call phone numbers of people in the 90210 zip code area, because you might get some of their worn Gucci and Armani outfits real cheap.

The point is, your practice is beyond any acceptable apology; you're a repeat offender.

How many you've emailed? The odds are, in the thousands. You have two members here already that received several emails and they're both domainers. That means that no filtration is in place and you just spam out the same email with the LLL .com in its place.

I remember last time your web host deleted your account and you lost a bunch of programming code. Now I am sure that you lost your spamming scripts and that's the only reason you cooled off.

At least, get someone to write some copy for these emails. This way it doesn't sound like you're some happy-go-lucky gambler.

Please submit 2 negative iTrader reports, one for each domain. Tom has asked for feedback on who he has emailed, so give it to him.

Tom doesn't get it, and as Acro said, he's already a repeat offender. Respond to his spam with the iTrader system.

Yeah, found that site yesterday actually, after having been hit with a couple of emails from this guy http://domainspammers.com/content/simon

Dear domain owner

We are interested in the domain you own.

The domain is

*******.com

If you like to sell it, we would like to buy the domain.

Let us know the price you are thinking of the domain.

Thanks
Simon
