Anyone have animated gif know-how?

Have found myself an animated gif I'd like to use as my DNForum avatar, but apparently it is currently too large for acceptance.

If anyone is confident that they can "shrink" such a gif just enough to make it usable for me I'm ready to pay them for that task with 800 DNForum bux (the same amount that I'll need to pay the Forum's Rewards Store to load it as my avatar).

If you're skilled in this area, I'm ready to send you the URL of the gif.
