Hi,

I am experiencing a very bad problem with Godaddy, their technical support are refusing to acknowledge my problem explained in this thread: http://www.dnforum.com/f122/godaddy-serious-dns-issue-thread-393149.html

My website is redirecting to another website due to an issue their side with the root ns's. I have phoned, emailed multiple times and they keep firing back the same response.

I am hoping someone here has a high contact with Godaddy who can look into my problem more clearly. When you've phoned and emailed multiple times with no resolution I hope you can see why I am posting this thread.

Thanks in advance

edit... looking at this again

Hmmm. It doesn't appear to be godaddy or zoneedit at this point. The root servers are showing incorrectly still though. Propagation problem? TTL too high? Maybe try dropping the TTL down to 5 minutes or so for a brief time to help speed it up?
