All too often I see threads asking for an appraisal of typos without providing traffic sense or name history. Let's be clear here, the value of any typo is:

P(T)=EV(Revenue)*(Multiple|TM) - EV(Legal)*Prob(Legal|TM)

The only source of value for almost all typos is traffic, and that is conditional upon perceived risk. It is thus a bit absurd to ask for a "pure" appraisal of any typo.

P(T)=EV(Revenue)*(Multiple|TM) - EV(Legal)*Prob(Legal|TM) = head explodes now

Correct me if I am wrong

Profit * time parked = Revenue - Legal costs * the probability of a legal/TM issue

Sounds a lot like

Profit = Revenue - Legal Costs

Which sounds a lot like

Profit = -Legal Costs

Which sounds a lot like

Profit = BANKRUPTCY

My two cents. Oh wait. Microsoft took those too :D
