Someone care to ellaborate? The first sedo.com in 2000 was about domain names, then for about 3 years it was other things.. Then in late 2003/2004 it was Sedo.com as we know it?

I always thought Sedo bought the name not so long ago as it were there brand?

FACTS:
Sedo has been around long before they owne Sedo.com.

POSSIBILITIES:
Archive.org sometimes merges records erroneously.

Methinks there are rogue data compressions schemes at Archive.org are to blame. I doubt the previous owner of sedo.com (Mr. Sedo) simply chose to copy the sedo.de pages all that time.

Sedo started with sedo.de, other extensions have been added later

i got to know sedo from sedo.co.uk and i thought .co.uk is the original.

I remember reading they paid $ 70k for sedo.com.

Very good sale from the original owners, thier site was rubbish and I don't think the word or acronym means anything before the sedo brand.
