Are 3 digits .net's worth investing in?

I plan to buy some 2 digit .net's and I wanted to ask other domainers if they have done the same?

2 probably is, though I see .nets value as declining. 3 digits were at some point (I sold Li9.net for 950 back in 2007) but at the moment they have to have some meaning to have any value. Currently I still have a few ccc.nets but they correspond to their .com partner which I also own.

Thanks for your honestly. I plan to buy NNN.net's (example: 786.net) and not any CCC.nets (example: LD6.net).

@steven96200 go for .biz - many Chinese domainers like that extension and there are still good opportunities there.

From that I've seen, i'd say yes. But do your own research before making any decisions
