I just got this email:

Hi,

I'm interested in contributing an article to (mysite) - The article will be unique and interesting to read. In return, I ask that I be able to subtly include a link to my site (their site) within the article.

If you are not interested in the article, I am also willing to offer you a one time donation of a permanent link to (their site) in a prominent place on your website.

Hope you are having a wonderful week!

Thanks,

I understand the first part, submit an article to my site and for "payment" I include a link to their site - fair enough but..

Second part - they want to "donate" a permanent link from my site to their's? Normally isn't it the other way around - the site owner donates the link or takes payment for it? Usually I don't pay people for me to put a link to their website from my website.. ;)
