I have this new site.... http://www.article143.com, I want to sell the said because I have no time to promote it.

The site is new and don't ask for traffic or income.. because there are no good traffic and earnings yet.

There are 15K articles on it.... nice to start your own article site. It's a php script and template base which you can edit easily.

It is a custom made scritp which I created...

How does one go about adding articles to the site?

The article writer can submit their site and the admin can deny or accept the newly submited article.

You can add new articles via the simple admin of the site....

when an article is submitted does the write/submitter add html tags are is that done by the system?

Yes you're right it's an RSS feed.... The author can manually input html code on the text box.
