The Belgium Registry BENIC will offer from the 1st Nov. free Registration.
Renewals are not included. Only registration for 1 Year is possible. After 12 month normal renewal.

Campaign (1st November 2005 – 31 January 2006)
• .be domains 1year registration for free
• No restrictions
• No local presence needed
• No limits on quantities

But the registry does not like domain warehousing

Tip: do not register more than 500 .be domains per nic-handle

Thats right, it is not written on the open part of the website.
We signed an additional contract with them to be able to register for free.
I dont know how much Registrars are part of this deal. We will offer it from thuesday 1st Nov. 2005.

For the moment no restrictions. And it is also not planed.
I think the registry would not allow us to make any restrictions on the transfers. Such restrictions generate more problems in the support as profit.
