Joined the Air Force to get out of being drafted by the Army and sent to South East Asia. Ended up there anyways.

My options were work in the coal mines or join the military as I could not afford to go to college nor could my parents afford to send me.

You chose one route that you seem very happy and boastful about and I chose another route that I am very happy and proud of what I have been able to accomplish.

Sorry, hard to take you serious when I see you doing nothing but insulting other members 99% of the time.

I just stated in this thread that this news is basically zero importance in the US (as well as in Europe, Africa etc.), you attacked me, so I explained you in laymens terms how the news importancy works (in inverse proportion to distance) and you attacked me even more.
