Best Desktop RSS Reader

Hi All

I am just wondering what you reckon is the best desktop RSS feed reader?

I have used klip and samurize - what are they other good ones?

I just want something I can pin to my background/desktop, and enter feed URLs and it will display them.

Why not use maxthon? It's a variation of IE but designed to do things that IE
can't do, and it has a built-in RSS reader.
