Best newsletter managing site?

I know many domainers here have quite a bit of experience with newsletters and was wondering what's the best recommended service to runa newsletter.

I used aweber before, but it's rather expensive and lacking. So looking for suggestions!

icontact (this is the one I use)
getresponse

They all have positives and negatives. If you already have a list, icontact is the only one that will let you attest that they have all opted in, and won't force you to re-opt them.
