Best place to register .mobi domains.

I read on europeregistry that landrush begins on August 28. However, Godaddy says it is on September 26.
Moniker also says September 26th, though it does not says how much does it cost.
Are there different periods depending on registrars ?
Which one do you prefer ?

The landrush period has been delayed by one month to allow more time for the companies to register their trademarks.
