This Qatar domain has an amazing potential if you have a few moves in the area (btw, Qatar is well known for its 'premium numbers' aftermarket, people buy license plate numbers and phone numbers with a pretty structure or meaning - It makes sense that this might translate to premium domains too as the market evolves there)...

To be fully informative here, I just recently registered it and to my surprise most of the marketplaces (like Sedo and GoDaddy) aren't supporting the selling of this cTLD. I can't find too much information about it but I also couldn't find any regulatory restrictions. FYI.
