What is so great about the domains ?

I like Ship-Yard.com as I used to live by the "Ship Yard" (slang for the Navy base nearby, "Where do you live?" -> "A block away from the ship yard."). The other two I'm not too fond of unless they were existing sites with links, traffic, PR, etc.

I like Ship-Yard too, I actually work in the ship-yard industry. Shipyard is where they build, fix and repair all kinds of barges and ships including navy.
