The obvious application here is cosmetic breast surgery -- a hugely lucrative field. Personally it's not my cup of tea, but other people are other people.
This domain is about as short a way to say "breast augmentation" or "breast reduction" or whatever as I can think of. As a brand name, it would instantly set some plastic surgeon's practice apart from the competition. It's very memorable. And .ME is important because this is a very personal choice for women.
