OK, $50 to hellstrom, that was the closest guess.

Actually, EVERY name except zowie.us was denied registration due to a preemptive TM registration during the sunrise period by someone. The TM could be an existing, or pending mark.

How many of these actually had a legitimate TM or application, and how many were just grabbed based on a bogus TM app? Hard to tell, unless someone wanted to challenge the registration.
