I was wondering if anyone could tell me about the value of registering "brandable" names? In this case, words that are entirely fictional bit kind of catchy, lol. Is there any real money in this business? Is it all based on luck?

Not really...what would ebay be without millions in advertising to make the word a household name.

Fodododo.com is available now, but who would every pay top $$ for a made up name? High-end domains are high-end because the domain is recognizable, easy to remember and may even have type-in traffic.

Don't waste your $$$.
