Can any one recomend a broker for a 3 year old (guess) ecommererce site based on UK market?.

This site is messy and has very poor records. Although does have a large database of paying customers 10k and lots of tansactions behind it £xxx, xxx (guess).

The site ships goods every day (then this slowed down) and holds stock - and some thing went wrong.

I'm told the margins were good, although at this time am trying to work out what happened, in the past 12 months.

This would need an under standing broker - as many questions may go unanswered - the orginal owner left this to some one to run, about 12 months ago when proffit was about mid/high £xxx a week, with low £xxxx turnover, run a few hours a day as a side line to another operation. The person who was ment to run it did not update the site and things went down hill. This person has since disapeared, I've been asked to sell the assets (site*-stock-etc).
* I'm told there are some other related sites, but have not found these yet.

Due to the mess of it all it would be handy to find some one who is better at handling this sort of of thing.

So what is required is a broker who does not need to ask too many questions and can see past poor results over the last few months. Some one UK based would be better for this, and phone contact rather than email would be easier. I don't want to send details about the site at this stage other than brokers, as I'm still trying to solve problems with a few customers and feel if this was taken over without noise, it could be built back up with ease. If any one knows of such a broker, please forward details in this thread or via pm.

Thanks for reading.

haha, a broker who doesnt ask too many questions? thats slightly shady. any broker worth a darn will need to clear up that situation and find out who owns what and furthermore what its worth.

I don't think there is any question as to ownership, as this could be cleared up quite quickly. With whois/bank and address records.

The problem is in the past managment - its a big mess, although as the hours pass, I'm clearing a fair bit of it up.
