Bulk email software question

if you're looking for an application that you can download and run off of your own host/server then I would recommend Interspire Email Marketer hands down.
on the other hand if you want a hosted solution you can try BigResponse.com which is Interspire's hosted version of the same software. However if you plan to send more than 1 email/month to your list you may want to price out other vendors as their rates go by emails/month rather than by the size of your contact list which is the way most others do it (and hence may save you money if you are sending bulk shots many times per month to the same list)
