I want to ask about who should make the first move to PM or to contact someone (buyer / seller) when a domain has been sold at auction ?

IMO, I think seller have to contact buyer first.

What do you think ?

Agree. Last week I won some names and seller didn't approach me.
And this week I still have 3 unclaimed names.
