Buying or Selling? What are you doing?

Ok, these are definitely rough economics time and investment decisions are based on a lot of things. Have you been doing more buying or more selling lately? I personally have been stocking up. I purchased a dream name this year which was a major steal at mid x,xxx. A steal not at that price but at that price range. I've also been adding an extra year to my domains. I did a DRT search and every name (literally) I registered between late 2003-2007 were held or developed. So.... what are YOU doing?
