First concern.

On my screen, I couldn't see the intro to the site on the main area because it was too far down, all I saw was the banner and the ads underneath it.

I usually have disdain for sites that appear to have no real content. But yours does. I would make sure that it's in plain view.

Otherwise, the site looks pretty nice actually!

Yes, as Irish said, at first glance I only see a number of google ads. Visitors may not scroll down to see the rest of what you have.

I suggest moving one of those more colourful square banner ads to the top, along with 1 paragraph of content before those ads.

I agree with the above that first appearances are important and the photos are nice but the 'meat' of the site is lost below.
As well, font used for the list of related site is too small to discern between the names.
Hope this helps. The site look quite professional.
