I read news that syracuse sold 1 dollar building now to Non-profit org,the prerequisition is that fix /repair/decorate/destroy and move away the building.

is there any other such kind of opportunity ?

I thought If I move a team of Chinese workers there,it might be not a bad idea,isn't it?
