Can new names be transfered?

Hello

I was wondering whether someone who just registered a name at GoDaddy (within the last week) can transfer the domain to me? Is there a waiting period or can it be done immediately?

It can be pushed to your GoDaddy account.

However, it can't be transfered to a new registrar until 60 days after the name was registered.
